Hi, I’m Lauren.
I’m the founder of By Lauren Education and a working lash and brow artist with eight years in the industry.
I’ve spent the past two years saying I would bring education back. I kept waiting for every class, idea and detail to feel completely ready—then realised the useful part is simply starting and sharing what I know.
Why I’m teaching again
After thousands of appointments, the parts of our work I notice most are often the smallest: the hand position that makes isolation easier, the way a layer changes a finished set, or the mapping adjustment that makes more sense on a real face than it does on paper.
I’ve always wanted to understand why a technique works—not just be told to repeat it. That curiosity shapes the way I teach: visually, practically and without making things feel more complicated than they need to be.
By Lauren Education is growing around lash and brow techniques artists genuinely want help with. I’ll be sharing useful tips and demonstrations while developing focused classes and exploring virtual support.
It is still taking shape, and I’m happy to be honest about that. I’d rather build it carefully, listen to working artists and create education that is genuinely useful than rush out a collection simply to make the website look full.
